Effective Date: 1 July 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that GigaGigs Sdn Bhd has ceased all business operations with effect from 1 July 2024.

Sole Official Communication Channel

With immediate effect, gigagigs.com (this website) shall be the sole and exclusive official channel for any announcements, notices, or information relating to the cessation and closure of GigaGigs Sdn Bhd.

For the avoidance of doubt, GigaGigs Sdn Bhd:

• Is no longer conducting any form of commercial or business activities
• Is not recruiting or employing any staff
• Is not onboarding or recruiting gig workers, members, or participants
• Does not authorise any third party to act, communicate, or represent the company in any capacity

Any claim, representation, communication, or activity suggesting otherwise is false, unauthorised, and invalid.

Fraudulent Websites and Unauthorised Activities

The Company is aware of the existence of fraudulent websites and activities that unlawfully misuse the GigaGigs company name, logo, and brand identity for commercial purposes and/or recruitment of gig members.

Members of the public are strongly advised not to engage with, access, or respond to any such unauthorised websites, platforms, communications, or individuals purporting to represent GigaGigs Sdn Bhd.

GigaGigs Sdn Bhd hereby expressly declares that it is NOT affiliated, associated, connected, or related in any manner whatsoever with the following website (displayed as plain text only):
